Lead Integration Engineer

The Lead Integration Engineer leads the client implementation team, working closely with clients' tech and ops teams to nail down system and data integration needs. Our goal? To scale a global AI-driven scheduling and forecasting platform that elevates and rewards those in the fast-food and QSR industry. In this role, you'll partner with some of the world's largest QSR brands, driving the integration strategy with our LIFELENZ platform team. You'll configure and customize the platform, ensuring seamless integration with client systems. Expect plenty of customer interactions, project management, and collaboration with both internal developers and external partners to drive project success. What you will do with LIFELENZ Your passion for building partnerships and fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers will be invaluable in ensuring timely project completion and maximizing client value. A Lead Integration Engineer at LIFELENZ will skilfully configure and customize the LIFELENZ platform, ensuring seamless integration with client systems. This includes but is not limited to the following; Lead technical discovery sessions with the clients to understand system and data integration requirements in collaboration with client's technology and operations teams. Lead, coach and mentor a team of Integration Engineers Understand client's business processes and technology environment. Integration architecture and specifications definition and documentation for the client. Develop integrations with client's systems for movement of data to / from client environments. Work with other teams to diagnose and improve overall data processing efficiency. Collaborate with client's internal technology teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of implementation projects. Review, scoping and estimation for new integrations / ongoing integration changes. What you have done Led the development of enterprise systems integration leveraging Ruby and Ruby on Rails Ennoyed leading teams of engineers 10+ years of development experience with at least 3+ years experience in Ruby and Ruby on Rails. Leveraged REST API and GraphQL Familiarity with GraphQL API Tastytrade Arrive/Flash/Parkwhiz Crafty Enova Hirelology
