FCI Construction is hiring a motivated individual looking to grow in the industry. We are currently looking to fill a crucial role of Senior Estimator on our team. This individual must have experience in hard and conceptual estimating in various markets, including Healthcare, K-12, Higher Ed, Industrial, and Commercial in both Public and Private sectors. This individual will be able to perform all estimating duties, including but not limited to: .  Plan Takeoff Producing Competitive Bids Able to Bid Projects From $10MM-$50MM Conceptual Estimating Updating Software with Current Market Pricing and Labor Rates Building and Maintaining Subcontractor/Vendor Relationships Overseeing Junior Estimator(s) Awareness of Public Projects in various Markets Proficient in Concrete & Carpentry Trades  Have a Minimum 5-Years Experience in Commercial Estimating Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
