Location of orientation: Shippensburg, PA Experience Required: 3 months Sign-On Bonus: $1,000! Key Facts: Schedule: Out for 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend. Routes: OTR across all 48 states, primarily East of I-35, but flexible based on freight availability. Mileage: Average miles per week; dependent on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability. Freight: All no-touch freight. Drop & Hook: 50-60% of loads; 40-50% live unload. City Restrictions: No forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs. Details: Equipment: 2021+ Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths. Support: 24/7 operations specialists available.
