Summary We are looking for a highly accurate technical specialist to analyze and design network solutions. The technical specialist's duties include providing technical assistance, solving customer service and team member queries, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You should also manage security functions and oversee the configuring of computer parts. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Support a variety of users with divergent needs and skill levels. Translate user needs into viable solutions. Work independently and as part of a project team. Work collaboratively to make necessary decisions and respond to emergency situations effectively. Research and perform feasibility studies and analysis to facilitate the most effective solutions. Communicate technical and complex information in verbal and written form. Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose technology issues in a complex networked environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
