JOB SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Administrative Services Manager, the Administrative Associate will provide administrative support to the East Region President and executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meticulous attention to detail and the capability to handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion. Key Areas of Responsibility Maintain executive team calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments, as required by the Hospital President and executive team Assist in the preparation of executive-level meetings, conference room reservations/arrangements, room set up, catering, AV equipment and distribution of supporting material Screen incoming calls to the executive office and direct them to the appropriate department Perform administrative duties, such as ordering supplies, typing, proofreading, filing, formatting basic documents, photocopying, faxing, and scanning Serve as point of contact between the executive office, internal departments and external partners/stakeholders Qualifications High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred. Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in related field and demonstrated proficiency in administrative support practices. Experience as an Administrative Assistant in the healthcare environment preferred. Minimum 2 - 3 years administrative experience working in Microsoft Office platforms with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required Strong collaboration and teamwork demonstrated in sharing knowledge and influencing best practices Able to manage multiple competing priorities within a fast-paced and dynamic environment Demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness in interactions with employees at all levels Highly motivated, self-directed professional style Relevant knowledge in established field through participation in seminars, networking, and awareness of external environment High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and other systems Strong attention to detail and time-management skills We take great care of careers.
