*_The Behavioral Consultant (BC) provides behavioral support and intervention to children, youth and families in the home, school and community settings._* Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required. *Job Functions:* · maintain client caseload and utilization of hours · collect and analyze data to determine treatment progress · complete assessments and develop treatment plans to target identified areas of need · consult with members of client's team · lead team meetings and overall clinical treatment needs for client · develop and monitor individualized intervention, treatment and crisis plans · electronic paperwork submission *Sign on Bonus:* · non-licensed clinicians are eligible for a $2500 sign on bonus · licensed clinicians are eligible for a $5000 sign on bonus paid in two $2500 increments *Retention Bonus:* · Retention bonus paid quarterly after sign on bonus - based on hours billed *REQUIREMENTS:* · Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Services, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or other mental health degree · Official transcripts, degree and licensure · Current clearances: FBI Criminal Background, Child Abuse History, Criminal History Record · Updated TB test · Updated physical · 3 reference letters Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
