, formerly CorTech is a service-oriented staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients We are currently hiring for Electrical Inspectors in Fairfield, OH. $26/hr 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs 5am to 3.30pm OT scheduled for Friday and/or Saturday 5am to 1.30pm Requirements: Experience with PLC Programing Electrical Troubleshooting Point to point experience Electromechanical Technical Degree or equivalent experience Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience preferred. Experience with implementation of corrective action programs Product or industry-specific experience Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases. Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA Job Duties Include: Knowledge of quality assurance policies and procedures Interpret and implement quality assurance standards Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards Comply with procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems Plan, conduct testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues Collect and compile statistical quality data Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards Support on-site audits conducted by external providers Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions Monitor risk management activities Responsible for document management systems Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements Use of various test equipment such as multimeters, current sources, variable power supplies and high potential testing Understanding of AC/DC circuits up to 480V three phase Ability to interpret schematics and mechanical drawings Ability to prepare setups for customer witness testing Ability to work with a team and work independently Troubleshooting skills with larger scale systems Able to work in an engineer to order environment Will perform other duties as required Cares: *Pay Options: Direct Deposit, Paper Checks or pay cards; paid weekly *Health/Dental/Vision Insurance options compliant with the ACA *401k *Online Employee Portal to adjust withholdings and view and print pay stubs We look forward to working with you; Cares!
