You can find our popular products at your favorite retail locations across the globe. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer / Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will support the supply chain department and will focus on managing the procurement and inventory processes, working closely with our suppliers and factories to ensure efficient and timely production. This individual will ensure the company meets all order targets that were agreed with suppliers and carriers. This role requires excellent organizational and detailed oriented skills, strong communication abilities, and negotiating skills in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: · Manage purchasing and inventory control for our products, working directly with factories and suppliers overseas. · Oversee production timelines and ensure all project requirements are met. · Coordinate and liaise with internal departments (Quality, Art, Warehouse, Logistics) to ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods. · Identify and address potential supply chain disruptions. Seek solutions to problems arising and work proactively to mitigate risks for late shipments and supply shortages. · Collaborate with the procurement team to improve processes and enhance supplier relationships. · Monitor inventory levels, ensuring the timely replenishment of stock to meet production and customer demand. · Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier communications. Documentation to meet critical project milestones. · Prepare and present regular reports on order status and delivery performance (including Purchase Order, Booking and Container tracking, Production Order, Transfer Order tracking). · Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers ensuring competitive pricing and quality. · Maintain current price quotes on items updating the database with current cost information. · Generate supplier's performance reports and ability to meet quoted delivery requirements with all necessary documentation. · Monitor / Resolve all Report of Discrepancies (ROD), and Overage, Shortage and Damage (OS & D). Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree; a degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. · Proven 7+ years experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related role. · Strong organizational and time management skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. · Advanced knowledge and experience with ERP systems. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
