Are you an experienced Mechanic with a knack for troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery? We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Toro Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining Toro equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. The role involves working with gas and diesel engines, electronic fuel delivery systems, and complex electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. You will also be required to use and understand specialized tools and equipment, including but not limited to electrical and hydraulic testing, grinding machines, engine diagnostic tools and software, and various measuring devices. We have multiple needs in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland for various skillsets. Diagnose, repair, and maintain Toro equipment, including gas and diesel engines, electronic fuel delivery systems, and complex electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. 2. Conduct regular service inspections and tests, identifying faults and implementing effective solutions. 3. Use specialized tools and equipment for troubleshooting and repair, including electrical and hydraulic testing, grinding machines, engine diagnostic tools and software, and various measuring devices. 4. Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on Toro equipment. 5. Provide exceptional customer service, explaining complex technical issues in a clear and understandable manner. 6. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. 7. Keep up-to-date with the latest Toro technologies and repair techniques to ensure high-quality service delivery. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Toro Mechanic, Service Technician, or in a similar role. 2. Extensive knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repair of gas and diesel engines and electronic fuel delivery systems. 3. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. 4. Ability to use and understand specialized tools and equipment, including but not limited to electrical and hydraulic testing, grinding machines, engine diagnostic tools and software, and various measuring devices. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 6. Strong communication and customer service skills. 7. Commitment to adhering to safety and environmental regulations. 8. Ability to keep up with the latest Toro technologies and repair techniques. 9. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
