Description Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a full-time, variable shift Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Renton Kidney Center team. Shift Full-time, 40 hours per week, variable shift, Mon-Sat 13:00 to 23:30 Purpose: The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the delivery and documentation of care for patients dialyzing at Northwest Kidney Centers. The Licensed Practical Nurse is self-directed, follows leadership provided by the RN, Designated Charge Nurse, Supervisor or Manager. The LPN provides relief and/or project duties as well as patient assessments and data collection. May also supervise unit staff and volunteers. PTO will accrue bi-weekly and will be pro-rated based on the FTE. The accrual rate will be 7.39 hours each bi-weekly pay period for staff. This position is eligible for an evening shift premium of $2.50/hour. This position is eligible for a weekend premium of $4.00/hour.
