Job Responsibilities; Manage assigned caseload independently and efficiently Draft and respond to correspondence Prepare pleadings, financial disclosures, mediation and trial briefs Propound and respond to discovery Telephone and in-person contact with clients, opposing counsel and the courts Take and defend depositions Prepare witness questions for evidentiary hearings, depositions and trials Track billable time Assist the supervising attorneys in all phases of the practice 1800 billable hours per year Qualifications; Must be admitted to and in good standing with the state bar 3+ Years Practicing Family Law Empathetic, and level-headed demeanor to properly handle sensitive family law matters Possess strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills, Excellent writing and legal research skills Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills Competitive salary, top tier benefits, excellent work-life balance, friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
