The applicant should be well-versed in estimates, customer service, and inventory management. We are looking for someone who is a team player. Experience with CCC Software is a plus. What you'll do -Handle incoming calls, emails, customer service inquiries -Inspect vehicles, visually examine for damage -Provide estimates by calculating cost of parts and labor to repair damage -Communicate estimates with customers, insurance adjusters, technicians -Coordinate with technicians to develop a repair plan and ensure work is completed in a timely manner -Generate leads that develop into new/returning fleet customers -Build relationships and trust with customers Qualifications CCC software experience not required but is a plus High school Diploma or GED required.
