To Apply for this Job Click Here A healthcare company located in Skokie is looking for a seasonal Data Entry/ Customer Service position due to their busy season. This position will work through March, and it is on-site Monday-Friday. The hours are 8:00am-5:00pm. Key Responsibilities: Data entry: Accurately input and update information in company systems, maintain records, and ensure data integrity. Customer service: Answer phone calls, emails, and live chats, assist customers with inquiries, and troubleshoot issues. Run reports as requested. Perform administrative duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or data entry Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Healthcare experience preferred _ To Apply for this Job Click Here
