Title : Monitoring Technician Pay Rate: $30.00/hour-$31.45/hour Duration One Year Hours : Variable Shifts (see below) Location : Multiple locations - Hybrid/Onsite in Malvern, PA 19355; Norfolk, VA 23502; Hamilton, NJ 08619; San Francisco, CA 94105; Pleasanton, CA 94588 Overview This Monitoring Technician role requires a local candidate due to hybrid work eligibility. The ideal candidate will possess ECG interpretation skills, and while certification (CRAT/CCT) is preferred, it is not mandatory if they can pass the EKG Practice Strips assessment. A robust knowledge of computer operations, Microsoft Office, and adaptability to an online training environment is essential. Job Description Monitor and analyze ECG transmissions in a telemetry service center, providing technical ECG data analysis and generating reports for physician review. Maintain clinical knowledge on ECG rhythm interpretation and ensure all ECG readings meet quality standards. Communicate critical ECG findings to appropriate personnel and assist in emergency activation when necessary. Use a customer-focused approach when handling incoming calls from patients. dhere to departmental policies and perform additional tasks as required. Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Classroom (optional). daptability to hybrid and online training. Education Requirements Education : High School Diploma or GED Experience : Minimum 6 months of relevant experience Licenses/Certifications : CRAT/CCT certification preferred, or RN/Paramedic/EMT with ACLS Schedules East Coast Shifts (5/8s) : 3am - 11:30am 4am - 12:30pm 5am - 1:30pm 11pm - 7:30am 3pm - 11:30pm East Coast Shifts (4/10s) : 3am - 1:30pm 4am - 2:30pm 5am - 3:30pm 9pm - 7:30am 11pm - 9:30am West Coast Shifts (5/8s) : 11am - 7:30pm 11pm - 7:30am West Coast Shifts (4/10s) : 11am - 9:30pm 4pm - 2:30am (Pleasanton Only) 9pm - 7:30am 11pm - 9:30am dditional Available Shifts for All Locations : 6am - 4:30pm (4/10s) 11am - 9:30pm (4/10s) 7am - 3:30pm (5/8s) 11am - 7:30pm (5/8s) Training Schedule : Daytime onsite training (10am ET) until end of the year; adjusts based on certification status. Ramp-Up : 12 weeks onsite with hybrid work transition post-completion.
