A&L Foods, located in Bensalem, PA, has a full-time opportunity for an CSR Accounts Assistant. This position provides clerical and administrative support to the Baltimore accounting operations by timely and accurate processing of sales orders, daily invoicing, answering phones, and other administrative tasks as required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer phones in a professional manner to screen, forward calls, provide information, or take messages. Process credit memos received from salespeople Perform accurate data entry of sales orders. Perform daily invoicing to include entering data from pick tickets, verifying route information, printing routes and reports, and driver manifest (if applicable). At end of day, perform daily posting preparation Follow-up with customers to reconcile delivery discrepancies. Scan, label, and file documents pertaining to their area of responsibility. Performs other accounting operations support and related duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager. At least 1 year of data entry, clerical, and/or administrative experience. Strong math, analytical skills, and accuracy. Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word required. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Detail-oriented and excellent organization skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high-volume environment Why join A&L Foods?
