For questions or to apply you can reach out or send resume to chridavi @actalentservices .com Job Description Lead the audit process and conduct/follow up on internal and supplier on-site audits, self-audits, technical audits, process audits, and launch readiness reviews. Address customer complaints utilizing problem-solving methodologies; drive to true root cause and implement robust corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of issues. Improve quality systems (such as process documentation, change management, calibration, in-process quality control, raw material quality, traceability systems, and post-production testing). Follow, implement, and monitor quality policies to verify the results for effectiveness. Assist in driving improvements in the policies and policy compliance. Lead and coordinate problem-solving efforts encountered by operations or suppliers that impact product quality/reliability. Identify trends or concerns from data reviews that relate to underlying quality systems or process issues. Participate and/or lead teams for projects related to improving production processes, cost savings, quality assurance, and reliability improvement. Participate and lead risk assessment activities and ensure proper Change Management protocols are followed. Hard Skills 1+ Years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment ISO9001 experience Ability to aide with internal production audits and implement process improvements Soft Skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team atmosphere Problem-solving skills Organized and detail-oriented with an interest in learning new quality processes Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Vandalia, Ohio. Work Environment Manufacturing work environment. Onsite M-F (8am-5pm) - no weekends.
