What You Will be Doing We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. This position will be responsible for providing and coordinating care for individuals with behavioral health conditions. The clinician completes assessments and provides therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Individual, group, or family services may be provided in office and community settings (including client's home or other appropriate community setting). The therapist reports to the clinical supervisor and is responsible for ensuring that the treatment needs of the clients are met and maintained to support individual clients' psychosocial and emotional needs. Education/Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, or Master's degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy. Required Licensure/Certification Licensed through the State of Ohio as a LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC/IMFT. Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant. (Training will be provided, if not already certified). Preferred Experience Two or more years of work experience in a behavioral health care setting, working directly with clients. Experience working with people with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. Special Skills and Requirements Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and work effectively with individuals, families, and treatment team members. Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset, and at times hostile individuals/family members. Within 60 days of hire, successful completion, and maintenance of the required crisis management training(s) and certification(s) applicable to the assigned program.
