For more information, visit: Responsibilities: Design and prepare calculations and specifications for various water and wastewater projects, including utility pipelines, storage facilities, pumping stations, and treatment facilitiesPrepare project plans for process water/wastewater, instrumentation and controls, site plans, and utility plans to support project approval and constructionSupport in the preparation of technical reportsConduct field investigations to assess site conditionsInspect facilities and provide engineering support during design and constructionParticipate with the construction administration, including project meetings, shop drawing reviews, and assist with reviewing and responding to RFIsEvaluation and review of stormwater management permits and plansAssist in preparing project punch lists, and completing periodic site inspectionsMentoring staff on engineering and plan preparation Qualifications: B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited college5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering and consulting, focusing on municipal projects, including water and wastewaterProfessional Engineer Registration (P.E.) requiredUnderstanding of PA regulations specific to sanitary sewers, wastewater treatment, and water supply systemsProficient in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStationUnderstand hydraulic modeling (WaterCAD, SewerCAD, or a similar software)Ability to work within multiple design teams and meet demanding schedules
