Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager at University Club of Chicago. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting the General Manager, managing staff, coordinating events, and ensuring member satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in hospitality management, event planning, and staff supervisionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of budgeting and financial managementOrganizational and multitasking abilitiesLeadership and team-building skillsFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environmentPrevious experience in a private club or similar setting is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
