Compliance Coordinator - Production

Job Title: Compliance Coordinator - Production Location: Hybrid role, based out of our midtown NYC officeWorkweek schedule: 40 hours per week; Mondays & Tuesdays work in officeWho You Will Report To: Production Testing ManagerWhat You Will Do:Manage all testing for Amazon.Working daily managing the Amazon portal with testing reports, new and pending.Work with all suppliers to follow up on testing.Work with testing labs on failed testing.Coordinate daily with the Tacqtful team on pending and new issues. Manage all e-mail communications with sales and suppliers to ensure established standards are met.Work with the Manager of Production testing troubleshooting issues due to failed testing.Review the customer's purchase order or buy sheet and send factory order placement instructions for bulk production.Manage "production data" and generate production reports for suppliers.Support the production process from start to finish. Instruct the vendor clearly and accurately to establish production timelines.  Manage order processing. Track and maintain data and files for production purposes and provide weekly status reports to the Production team.
