Typically leading or co-leading rounds, we offer a high level of personal attention to portfolio companies.We are excited to find an investment associate to be an integral part of our team to source and evaluate potential investments and help fuel our mission. You are a highly motivated and analytical investment professional who has an entrepreneurial spirit.This is an in-person role for our office in Palo Alto, CA.Your day-to-day will include:Deal Sourcing: Identify and source new investment opportunities through networking, industry and VC events, and cold outreach. Build and foster long-term relationships with startup founders and venture vestment Analysis: Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities including market analysis, financial modeling, customer and competitive analysis, and prepare investment memos.Support NTTVC portfolio companies: Work with our portfolio companies to proactively identify opportunities to support their success, including key hires, customer and partner introductions.Enhancing NTTVC's brand: Contribute to the firm's thought leadership initiatives including writing of blogs, relevant awards and speaking opportunities, and events hosted by the firm.Other Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of professional experience from venture capital, investment banking, technology corporate development, management consulting, product management or other relevant startup experience Strong analytical background, research skills and proficiency in financial modelingExcellent communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated passion and intellectual curiosity for new and emerging technologies including Generative AI, data, cloudinfra, security, and SaaSMust be a self-starter and team player with an entrepreneurial spirit who is able to work independently within a collaborative teamBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related fieldCandidates must already be authorized to work in the US
