Project Manager - SAP ERP Implementation

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a multi-phase SAP ERP environment, focusing on an on-premise to cloud S4 HANA update and data migration effort. The Project Manager will manage current projects while coordinating additional development efforts, resource strategy, data archiving and cleansing, and project schedules.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day management for all project activities, deliverables, and milestones from requirements definition through deployment.Identify project schedules, manage scope, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.Manage and coordinate activities of internal andor external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity.Develop and maintain project artifacts using established project management standards and methodologies.Build and manage a detailed integrated project plan and schedule, capturing task-level details with deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.Establish a project governance framework with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.Coordinate with business owners and analysts to define and refine project scope.Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify recommendations for improvement.Maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key stakeholders.Adhere to the project management office (PMO) playbook and referenced artifacts.Desired Skillset:Minimum of 10 years of expertise in project management across various projects, including integration, scope, communication, vendor, and risk management.Experience managing high-profile vendors in both on-premise and cloud environments.Proven experience in Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically in SAPERP upgrade projects.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.Strong leadership, conflict management, and negotiation skills.Expert-level knowledge of MS Project andor MS Project Online for integrated planning.Excellent written and oral communication, along with presentation skills.Additional Beneficial Skills:Experience with ServiceNow in Idea, Project, and Demand modules.Familiarity with ITIL ITSM practices and methodologies.Experience in ERP Implementation and Transformation.
