This position is well suited for an Immigration Attorney who is passionate about changing lives, results-driven, and has strong interpersonal abilities to connect with our clients. Immigration attorneys at McBean Law work on complex family, humanitarian, removal, consular, and naturalization cases at our White Plains Office.Key Responsibilities:Prepare memorandums and briefs to support complex cases before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR)Conduct case assessments to determine legal strategiesCoordinate case management with paralegals and legal assistantsConduct client consultations in office and virtuallyAttend USCIS interviews and court hearingsThe attorney will work on the following types of cases:Complex Family PetitionsVAWAU VisaAsylumRemoval of ConditionsWaivers (I-601, I-601A and I-212)Motion to ReopenAppealRequests for EvidenceNaturalizationCitizenshipRemoval DefenseConsular ProcessingQualificationsJ.D. and Attorney Bar license (any state)Minimum 2-3 years as an immigration attorneyExcellent research, writing and communication skillsZealous advocate, client-centered and good leadership skillsStrong interpersonal abilities to connect with our clientsThe expected salary for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
