Endpoint Architect

Square10 Solutions works with professional companies to provide business success through technology solutions. We are an IT services firm that exists to serve clients by earning trust and creating long term relationships. We are looking for creative and motivated technologists who enjoy diverse projects, work hard and thrive on being exposed to new technologies. We are looking for a skilled Endpoint Architect. Ideal candidates will have engineering and architecture experience with Intune Device Management, Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise and Group Policy. In addition, experience with operational support for Windows 1011, and troubleshooting both User Experience and performance issues is required. The Endpoint Architect will primarily serve in the delivery of client projects and will participate in 247 on-call support rotation. Obtaining and maintaining applicable certifications for key vendors is required as well as exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to manage your work schedule as required. Required Qualifications: Microsoft Intune (Windows Autopilot, Compliance and Configurations Profiles, Security Baselines, Application Deployment methods)Engineering and Architecture (Responsible for design and implementation of endpoint solutions, deep knowledge of Entra ID device registration states)Operational Support (Providing ongoing support and maintenance for endpoint systems, troubleshoot issues caused by Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise add-ins; troubleshoot application installation and configuration; troubleshoot Windows 1011 user experience and performance related issues; troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise client issues)Security (strengthen the security posture of endpoint devices; basic knowledge of Conditional Access; basic understanding and implementation of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint)Technical Expertise (deep knowledge of information systems, network protocols and application platforms is essential, experience with user data migration techniques and user data management systems)Experience with Citrix and other presentation technologies including Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365; Citrix Virtual Applications and Desktops; Cloud-based and on-premises; Machine Creation Services; Provisioning Services; Citrix Profile ManagementAzure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 Cloud PC (FS Logix profile management)Understanding application deployment technologies and best practicesBasic experience with scripting technologies including PowerShell, WMI Queries, etc. We require strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences, and the desire and ability to stay current with emerging technologies. We are looking for a self-motivated workstyle with the ability to be proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines while ensuring IT projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.ONLY candidates who live in the Greater New York City, Boston, Philadelphia or Washington DC areas need apply. Qualified candidates should send resumes to .
