About The RoleNili Lotan is seeking a Junior Assistant BuyerMerchandiser to join our dynamic team. This role will provide valuable experience in the exciting world of fashion retail. As a Junior Assistant BuyerMerchandiser, you will support the buying and merchandising team in various aspects of the division. ResponsibilitiesAssistant to all Merchandising and Buying functions.Retail order entry into RLM, style maintenance, issuing of POs.Extract and manipulate data for seasonal collection plans and buying analysis.Maintain logs of cancellations, sku counts, overcuts, reorders, trunk show consignments and collaborations.Prepare merchandising notes for seasonal commercial photo shoots.Maintain competitive pricing analysis.Maintain international pricing analysis.Maintain all reporting relevant to retail buying including: eos recaps and sizing scales.Flag reorder opportunities.Create presentations of consignment products and collaborations, assist on logistical elements of these projects.Assist in preparing seasonal markdown and carryover lists.Prepare product knowledge and retail buy presentations (buy books, collation books, reserve books).Assist in maintaining sales reports for wholesale (sell in and out) and retail selling.Maintain the cancellation log and organize timely archiving.Prepare presentations for wholesale clients, examples: by style reference, Visual merchandising guidelines, mannequin guidelines, by location visual merchandising guidelines.Qualifications1-2 years' experience in a similar position-not necessarily fashion but preferred. Open to new graduates with internship experience.Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.High degree of accuracy.Knowledge of inventory management software and proficient computer skills including but not limited to: RLM, Shopify, Adobe Reader; Office 365; and Google Suite.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
