Position Summary: Intercap Lending is looking for a highly organized Loan Administration Specialist to support our loan processing team. This role involves managing client appointments, coordinating meetings, and assisting with administrative and marketing tasks. Key Responsibilities:Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm client appointments; set up Zoom meetings.Time Management: Help maintain time-blocking schedules and ensure deadlines are met.Email Handling: Respond to emails from the loan officer's account.Team Gifting & Referrals: Manage team gifting and referral systems.Administrative Support: Maintain lead sheets, core forms, and assist with initial file setups (e.g., FHA approval).Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing client events.Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team or use tools to develop marketing ideas and graphics. Qualifications:Experience: Prior experience in loan administration or similar roles preferred.Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom, and good communication abilities.Education: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
