As a fast-growing startup, we value innovation, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Role OverviewThe Operations & Customer Success Lead will play a critical role in nurturing our customer relationships and optimizing internal processes. This multifaceted position encompasses customer service, underwriter correspondence, database management, process improvement, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO to drive the company's growth and success, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. We are seeking a driven individual who wants to learn and grow within the company, contributing to our product development efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesBe client-obsessed: Immerse yourself in your clients' world, learning how to change behaviors and processes that deliver meaningful business impact.Think "big picture": Develop a comprehensive understanding of business challenges faced by clients and objectives to appropriately map our solutions to address client needs.Act as a project manager: Create and deliver success plans for each client and ensure the broader team stays on task to achieve agreed-upon goals.Have technical chops: Achieve a deep understanding of our platform and its value proposition, demonstrating its capabilities to clients.Be a problem solver: Tackle both strategic campaign challenges related to client messaging programs and the technical solutions implemented for our clients.Drive growth: Own the commercial relationship end-to-end, focusing on the continual expansion of our integration with the client to drive even greater levels of success.Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to align on client needs, use cases, and success stories.Provide exceptional support: Triage, handle, and prioritize incoming business requests through collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.Assist with implementation and training: Work with the team to deliver end-to-end implementation and training programs for new customers embracing our technology.Manage financial operations: Set up and maintain systems for collecting and tracking payments, invoicing customers, and handling all post-sales financial processes in collaboration with the CEO.QualificationsStrong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow within the companyExceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environmentEnthusiasm for learning and taking on new challengesProficiency in database management and data analysisFamiliarity with financial processes, including invoicing and payment trackingPrior experience in customer success, account management, or related roles is a plus but not required for exceptional candidatesBachelor's degree preferredMust be based in the Atlanta metro areaWhat We OfferSalary range of $50,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experiencePerformance-based bonusesEquity participation in a growing tech startup, offering you a stake in the company's successOpportunities for career growth and advancementA collaborative, innovative, and supportive work environmentIf you are a driven, organized, and customer-centric professional eager to make an impact in a cutting-edge insurance agency, we'd love to hear from you.
