Purpose of the position Sustain and develop technical aspects in the value stream, drive productivity and continuous improvement activities across the value stream Be a passionate Change Agent that advocates for world class practices across operational functions Be process oriented, customer focused and operator centered Own, lead and/or drive team oriented Kaizen events/activities across value stream Assist in design and optimization of assembly line layouts and logistical flow of materials Devise and implement new manufacturing engineering techniques Design, develop and implement tooling for the value stream
