Are you a passionate leader with a strong background in Care Coordination? FedPoint, a leading third-party insurance administrator is seeking a Team Leader of Care Coordination to oversee and inspire a dedicated team of Care Coordinators. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our claimants receive exceptional service while leading a talented group of professionals. About Us: The Care Coordination Department is committed to providing comprehensive support to our clients in navigating long-term care services. We prioritize client advocacy and are dedicated to ensuring our enrollees receive timely and accurate information. Key Responsibilities: Supervision & Coaching: Motivate and support your team through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations. Guide Care Coordinators in making informed decisions about benefit eligibility and maximizing insurance resources. Workflow Management: Oversee care management activities to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor workloads, adjust schedules as needed, and handle escalated issues with urgency and professionalism. Clinical Risk Management: Collaborate with leadership to identify emerging clinical risks and develop strategies to address them. Participate in high-risk claimant reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Continuous Improvement: Represent the Care Coordination Department in projects and meetings aimed at enhancing interdepartmental processes and service delivery. What We're Looking For: Qualifications: Current unrestricted RN license in your state. 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting. 2+ years of experience in long-term care; FLTCIP experience preferred. Skills & Competencies: Proven leadership ability with exceptional interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple competing demands. High level of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy in all interactions.
