Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, offering expertise in areas such as power systems, control systems, and analog/digital circuit design. Oversee electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, with a focus on senior-level design and development. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including circuit theory, power systems, control systems, and analog/digital design. Proficiency in electrical engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, Simulink). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
