Job Summary TYLIn City Solutions is seeking a Community Relations Liaison to support a high-profile NYC construction projects. This role requires someone who is comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, from community members to public officials and private-sector partners. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and have a talent for clear, engaging communication. Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities Draft and implement the Public Information Plan (PIP)to ensure transparency and timely communication with the public. Create engaging public-facing materials, includingpress releases, newsletters, construction bulletins, and important notices for distribution to the community. Build and maintain relationships withcommunity leaders, agencies, and stakeholders, ensuring ongoing dialogue and collaboration. Develop and manage a stakeholderdatabaseto streamline communication efforts. Draft engaging posts forsocial media channelsto keep the public informed about project developments. Design and deliver PowerPoint presentationsto a variety of audiences. Respond to community inquiries byfielding phone callsand maintaining open communication with stakeholders. Maintain detailedphone/visitor/complaint logsto track issues and resolutions. Shoot and edit videosfor inclusion on social media, helping to visually communicate project milestones. Qualifications Education & Experience: Preferred candidates will have aBachelor's degree incommunications, marketing, public relations, organizational leadership, or a related fieldANDat least 1 year of experience in community outreach or engagement activities. Or High School Diploma and 5+ years of experience in community outreach, with significant public interaction. Skills & Expertise: Proficiency inMS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)andAdobe Photoshop/Illustratoror similar software. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildvaluable relationshipsacross diverse communities. Superior communication, presentation, and writing skills. Bilingual in Spanishis a plus. Experience in transportation or construction-related community outreach is highly desirable. Valid U.S. Driver's Licenserequired. Additional Information TYLin- City Solutions is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $60,000-$107,400 annually for this position and local market.
