Plant Manager Country/Region: US Location: Duncan, SC, US Req ID 74481 | Duncan, United States ZF Chassis Systems Duncan, LLC Plant Manager Overview Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the Duncan Plant Manager is responsible for the plants P&L, overseeing and managing all aspects of the production operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of axle subassemblies in accordance with customer demand. This role involves optimization of all processes including logistics, quality, supply chain and logistics. The Plant Manager must withhold a close relationship with the customer with the intent to ensure flawless program execution and complete value stream. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing JIS operations management with P&L responsibility for the plant Serving as a key leader within Duncan: providing open communication and coordination to all employees within the facility Ensuring production quality, process optimization, and successful continuous improvement implementation Overseeing inventory and supply chain management Maintaining health and safety compliance Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in operations management, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in JIS or JIT environment Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies Experience in team leadership and personnel management Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics Proficiency with ERP system and production management, SAP preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future What we offer at ZF Foxconn Chassis Modules: Annual Incentive Plan Paid time off 401k Plan Health Care Benefits Paid Holidays Be part of our ZF team as Duncan Plant Manager and apply now!
