The position is also responsible for managing the Vendor Rebate process and receipt of payments for Dawn and DDA business, partnering with Procurement. Additional responsibilities include leading the commission process, month-end close activities & continuous improvement projects. This role is a hybrid role, requiring 1 day per week onsite at the home office in Jackson Michigan. Travel Requirements 10% What will you do as a NA Finance Managerat Dawn Foods? Owner of Vistex Trade System Implementation and continuous improvement. Lead NA Trade (Customer and Vendor), including business processes, procedures, and performance measures for trade. Collaborate closely with Sales and Commercial Finance, providing key insights through analytics and executing value-added analysis. Responsible for numerous ad hoc Projects to drive improvements in NA Finance Key business partner to Sales, Procurement & Commercial Finance. Month-end responsibilities, including Dawn NA Ingredients Balance Sheet Reconciliations. Oversee the day-to-day activities of 2 Direct Reports. Coach, develop, and lead direct reports by providing developmental and growth opportunities. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by North America Controller. Demonstrates the "Dawn Values" of Team Dawn and supports the Circle of Excellence. What Does It Take to be a NA Finance Manager at Dawn Foods? A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or other relevant degree is required. At least 10 years relevant work experience in Finance, including financial leadership mid-size to large company preferred. At least 5 Years with a CPG company of at least 300+ Million in revenues, preferred. Knowledge of food and beverage industry and products. Bakery experience preferred. Ability to partner cross-functionally. Ability to create new processes and develop metrics. Project and process management skills.
