Requirements Engineer

Job Summary/Company : We are seeking an experienced Requirements Engineer to join our team of Systems Engineers. This role involves capturing and translating mission requirements into systems capabilities, and overseeing the integration, testing, and deployment of services within an enterprise architecture. TS/SCI clearance is required for onsite work in Springfield, VA Responsibilities: Capture and translate mission requirements into systems and service capabilities, ensuring proper testing and validation. Coordinate the integration and deployment of systems within enterprise architecture in alignment with strategic objectives. Develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Verification Matrix (RTVM) to ensure comprehensive testing and traceability of requirements. Qualifications /Background Profile : Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering) or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred. Senior-level experience in Requirements Engineering or a related field with demonstrated ability to manage requirements and work with architectural models (JARM). Proficiency in tools like DOORS Next Generation, Jira, and Confluence for requirements management, with prior experience in NGA, NSG, or DoD projects highly preferred.
