About the Job We are looking for a Shift Operations Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations during their assigned shift. This includes maintaining cost controls, managing inventory, handling cash, and ensuring excellent customer relations. The ideal candidate will be expected to uphold all company policies and procedures, and set a positive example for the team. Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring high standards of customer service and profitability.
