A day in the life. As our Application Support Administrator on the User Support Team, youll review incoming Help Desk tickets to provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications, resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance Youll assist in escalating unresolved issues and provide prompt feedback to the internal customers. As the Application Support Administrator, you will be managing user access and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies. Additionally, the Application Support Administrator will work PST hours. Our future colleague. Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Strong knowledge of Agency Management System Administration, specifically Applied Epic or Vertafore applications such as Sagitta, BenefitPoint, ImageRight, Experience working in a Help Desk environment such as ServiceNow Excellent attention to detail with proven organizational and time management skills Ability to work within a team environment and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Proficient with the Windows Operating Systems and MS Office products Some insurance agency experience preferred Knowledge of these applications is helpful but not required; Concur, DocuSign, Smartsheet, Applied CSR24, Applied TAM, Erlon Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
