Description Currently we have an opportunity for a Training Coordinator: Job Description The statements below reflect the items considered necessary to describe the essential functions of the job identified and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all work requirements that may be inherent in the job. Requirements: Ensure that employees are trained on a regular basis to meet industry guidelines, such as health and safety. This involves analyzing training times and aligning them with employee schedules. Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, or consultations with managers. Develop training programs to meet specific needs and ensuring they are effective. Create and distribute training materials, such as instructional notes, feedback forms, and educational resources. Ensure that training materials meet company standards an external regulatory requirements. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed. Keep records of training, such as trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets. Organize the logistics of training activities, including venues and equipment. Provide feedback to program participants and management. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of Industrial Construction experience and be familiar with the NCCER. Strong dynamic with a passion for training and promoting it. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and organizational skills are required. Capable of handling multiple projects. Constructability & strategy leadership. Industry practices and procedures. Collaboration and team building skills. Problem solving & negotiating skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required Other abilities: Ability to multi-task working within a team structure and independently. Physical Profile Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment. The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions are sedentary, but may require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling up to 20 pounds; some climbing and balancing; some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and significant fine finger and motor dexterity. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers/printers/scanners/fax machines, phones, filing cabinets, etc. Employee must have the ability to transport necessary equipment and supplies and set-up for meetings, etc. The employee must have a current driver's license and have the ability to travel to various locations at times for various reasons. Must be capable of operating a standard 1/2 ton pick-up for occasional delivery and pick-up of materials and personnel and hold a valid, unrestricted motor vehicle operator's license issued by the state of residence, and the manual dexterity necessary to operate a standard desktop computer keyboard.
