Construction Superintendent - Commercial

My client is a leading commercial contactor in the Dayton, OH area. They are looking for 2 Commercial Superintendents. The idea focus for each will be: Commercial Superintendent - primary focus is on $1M-$10M - commercial buildings - steel/metal studs - building ground up as well as tenant fit ups. The candidate would need to have a teamwork attitude, ability to read prints, create schedules, maintain schedules and quality control. The job is local - and home every night - CLIENT DOES NOT want to see any resumes from the traveling supers - they are looking for someone who wants to join a family oriented team with a teamwork culture. Commercial Superintendent - primary focus is multifamily - with a wood background. Projects are 40-70 units. Typically one building on the site - multi-story with an elevator. Again- teamwork attitude, ability to read prints, create schedules, maintain schedules and quality control. The job is local - and home every night. CLIENT DOES NOT want to see any resumes from the traveling supers
