Options for integrated access control provide maximum security. Overview The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in new business from potential new customers. Representatives set appointments with business owners to educate them about Eos Business Surveillance Solutions and our line of products. You will do this by prospecting over the phone, face-to-face, through their networks, and building referral partnerships. Account Managers get compensated solely for the business they bring in and base pay. The compensation is setup to incentivize sales and continue to bring in new customers. Role As an Account Manager with Eos Business Surveillance Solutions, you will identify potential new customers over the phone, face-to-face, through your network, and via referral partnerships that you build. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Eos solutions to close sales in our target markets (manufacturing, restaurants, retail, medical, assisted living, etc.). Must be self driven and motivated to continue to book demos even in the face of constant rejection! During the training period, you will start off by accompanying the Sales Team to there appointments to learn the products and sales process. After that period, your Sales Manager will accompany you on your initial appointments to coach you on your sales process. You will then have the freedom to set your own appointments and bring in a healthy flow of sales each month. Typical Daily Tasks: Research new potential customers Schedule demos via phone call, drop ins or email Construct layouts and quotes for potential customers Follow up with previous appointments Assist sales team with current customers Goals/Requirements: Perform a minimum of 6 demos a week Bring in $25,000 a month in sales Must have a valid driver's license Ability and willingness to travel to jobsites for demonstrations. sales vehicle provided for travel.
