Examine and interpret HR data to support workforce planning, recruitment, and turnover. Collaborate with workforce forecasting teams to incorporate productivity targets into the workforce plan. Review HR system transactions to identify data integrity issues and propose solutions. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of Analyst or HR experience. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
