The Agency Service Specialist (Hybrid) will provide onboarding, training, service, and support on company automation and technological to agents. They will assist with identifying and recommending improvements to technology and established procedures for educating customers and business partners. In addition, the chosen candidate will support corporate projects and initiatives throughout the organization with an ease of doing business objective. Duties & Responsibilities: Support agents with training, quoting, and minor computer issues either virtually or in person. Collaborate with agents, vendors, and IT staff regarding automation and technology offerings to enhance and improve the ease of doing business with NYCM. Provide research support, project testing, and audit assistance for corporate and divisional projects and initiatives involving automation and technology offerings. Contribute to the development of team divisional business strategy. Document all customer interactions regarding training, support, and services offered. Interact with internal and external customers to resolve reported issues. Research and keep current on key technology and trends through publications, seminars, user groups, and conferences. Requirements: High School diploma 3 years experience in the insurance industry, customer experience or related field. Skills & Qualifications: Good working computer skills and knowledge of company systems and applications. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the insurance industry and company processes in underwriting, claims, and accounts. Working knowledge of all company affiliated agency facing products and systems. Good analytical skills. Good documentation and organizational skills. Customer service oriented with proactive approach to problem solving. Good oral, listening, and written communications skills Good interpersonal skills. Professional approach to independent or team work and change.
