This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the marine logistics and offshore support industry.*Sales Manager Responsibilities** Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the offshore oil and gas market.* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.* Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.* Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the Director of Sales.* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.*Sales Manager Position Requirements** 5-10 years similar work experience with 3-5 years of experience in long sales-cycle projects* Previous maritime experience including Renewables or Oil & Gas* Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across a broad set of international energy companies* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market developments into commercial strategies.* Very strong commercial and financial acumen with good negotiation skills and the ability to project or anticipate clients move and articulate a value proposition for a prospective customer* Ability to interpret the company's current sales situation, recommending changes, improvements, and other measures* Creative marketing capability* Work efficiently with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.Pay Range from $100,000 - $150,000 per year#LI-Onsite
