Our client, a 50+ year-old industrial manufacturer with 20 manufacturing plants worldwide, is seeking to hire 2 Account Executives. Position Overview: The company is offering a competitive compensation package for the Account Manager roles, which includes: Salary: $50k-$60k base salary plus a 5% bonus. Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with a company match. Paid Time Off: 15 days of PTO, including sick time and vacation. Community Involvement: Up to 8 hours of paid community service. Educational Support: Selective reimbursement for continued learning and education. Profit Sharing: Company performance-based profit sharing, contributed to the 401(k). Sales Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses based on individual and company performance. This role requires working in the Itasca office 5 days a week. Most employees are promoted within 12-18 months. Key Responsibilities: Work with current customers, educating them about the company's products, making recommendations, and creating quotes. Works closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and prepare accurate quotes. Manages projects related to special assignments and areas of responsibility. Participates actively in Sales Team meetings and contributes to discussions and strategies. Continuously develops technical and sales skills to ensure success in the role. Educates current customers about the companys products and services. Requirements: 2+ years of sales or account management experience. Passion to be in outside/field sales long-term. Background in industrial sales is a plus. Ability to be in the Itasca office 5 days per week. Must have strong drive.
