Intern - Industrial Engineering Romeoville, IL, USA Req #958 Tuesday, October 29, 2024 Job Summary The Industrial Engineering Intern will conduct time studies for all RV facility functions. Working closely Logistics Engineer and the Head of Distribution, NA, this individual will observe, record information and make recommendations for productivity improvements. Essential Functions: Understand and intimately know each Romeoville facility job function Knowledge of time study methodology and labor standard philosophy Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects and business demands Ability to communicate thoughts clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment What You'll Bring Must be enrolled at a Junior level or above at an accredited college or university Major or course of study toward a Bachelor's in Engineering A Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above Good organizational and interpersonal skills Data analysis project work recommended Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required Good written and verbal communication skills By applying for a position with HellermannTyton, you understand that should you be made an offer, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check through the use of our 3rd party supplier.
