Position Summary KINESSO is seeking an energetic, proactive, and analytically minded person to lead one of our SEO accounts as an embedded employee within our client's marketing team. The role will be collaborating with teams across markets and is ultimately responsible for helping the client improve their performance in organic search and recognize the substantial value of business intelligence that our enterprise SEO offering delivers. The job includes a great deal of client contact and cross-team collaboration with paid search, content production, social media, design, web development, as well as other online and offline channels. Applicants must be self-starters who are comfortable presenting to C-level executives. Responsibilities * Lead the agency's US-based SEO program for one or more clients as an embedded resource within the client's marketing team. * Translate client business goals into successful search engine optimization strategies that drive measurable ROI and ensure client retention. * Maintain accountability by supervising the quality of all core initiatives such as technical optimization, content strategy, competitive analysis, and research. * Direct team processes in the optimization of various site elements including content, server performance, and user experience. * Envision new customer reports and business intelligence insights to impact both qualitative and quantitative trends for ongoing efforts. * Assist in the development of new products, services, and commercial models for the SEO department. * Contribute to AOR RFPs and pitches, as well as support SVP on business development initiatives. * Responsible for management of direct reports and overall development and success of the team. Required Skills & Experience * Extensive experience working in digital marketing, specifically in search engine optimization. * Key hard skills such as technical experience in HTML or JavaScript, knowledge of how search engines work, and familiarity with the search industry including key players, vendors, and technologies. * Strong grasp of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Excellent soft skills to work with senior marketing leaders and proven ability to manage a team of digital professionals, as well as collaborate with team leads from other departments. * KINESSO does not require candidates to have a college degree Desired Skills & Experience * Business acumen that goes beyond traditional SEO metrics to affect larger investment decisions. * Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively convey technical concepts to those in non-technical roles. * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. * Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). * In-house client SEO experience would be preferred We See You At IPG Mediabrands, we are unified behind a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
