Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Cook C for the department of Dining Services.Among the key duties of this position are the following: Under guidance assists in the overall cooking operations of a unit. Assists in guiding and instructing cooks helpers, grill attendant, and Dining Service Worker B in the performance of a variety of food items following standardized procedures and schedule. Certifications/Licenses Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be able to read and follow standardized recipes and production work sheets. Must pass Food Handler's Certification.
