Skills and Requirements Minimum 5+ years as a Scrum Master, leading Agile software development teams and delivering successful software products. Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework. Familiarity with other Agile methodologies Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and motivate teams. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on finding innovative solutions. Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Horizon) is desirable. Familiarity with software development practices and technologies is advantageous.
