Job Title: Pediatric Respiratory Therapist Job Specialty: Clinical Services - Respiratory Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12-hour Night Shift (Fri., Sat., Sun., 7 PM - 7 AM) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Pediatric Respiratory License: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Certifications: Active BLS, PALS, NRP Must-Have: - Experience with Servo I and Servo U ventilators - EPIC experience - RRT-NPS is highly preferred - Experience with high-frequency oscillators and jet ventilators - Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) experience - Proficiency in aerosol medication administration - Familiarity with vest therapy, IPV (intrapulmonary percussive ventilator), and Medivab devices Job Description: - Provide care for neonates through pediatric patients across various inpatient units including PICU, CICU, NICU, ED, and general Pediatrics. - Manage cases involving micro-preemie, preemie, chronic and acute patients, asthmatics, and traumas. - Work exclusively on weekends (Friday to Sunday) from 7 PM to 7 AM. - Adhere to the dress code by wearing Pewter Gray scrubs. - Adapt to diverse patient needs and provide specialized respiratory treatments. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care and outcomes. - Participate in patient assessments, developing, and executing care plans. - Conduct and document patient evaluations and interventions comprehensively and accurately.
