Overview The Senior Technical Manager will lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise solutions across platforms such as Salesforce (Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud), Anaplan, Mulesoft, Azure Functions, Azure Data Hub, and SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA migration projects. This role requires strong leadership in overseeing technical teams, driving the organization's technology strategy, and ensuring the seamless integration of systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in microservice architecture, enterprise reporting (Power BI), and AI-driven solutions, as well as a proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage cross-functional technical teams to execute strategic technology projects. Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using Mulesoft and Azure services. Collaborate with Salesforce and Anaplan architects to deliver solutions that meet business requirements. Act as an Agile coach, promoting the adoption of Agile principles and methodologies across teams. Drive the development of microservice architectures to align with business and technical needs. Architect and manage enterprise reporting and data visualization solutions using Power BI. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and SMEs, to design scalable, high-performance systems. Maintain architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and ensure alignment with company goals. Foster continuous improvement and technology innovation across the organization. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience, including Salesforce (Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud). 10+ years of Agile development experience and 5+ years in DevOps. 5+ years of experience managing technical teams in large-scale projects. Strong expertise in SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA and integration strategies. Proficiency in Cloud services (AWS, Azure). Experience in microservice architecture and enterprise integration. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud. Mulesoft Certification (Integration Architect or similar). Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP Fiori/UI5 development, and Azure Data Factory. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
