DCBS is seeking a career minded individual to fill an Administrative Specialist position. As an Administrative Specialist, you provide professional support to the Service RegionAdministrative/Clinical Associate in various complex programs or activities. This position will serve as apoint of contact for all queries, requests, or issues and will be an integral part of the Region. The employeeis expected to perform at the highest quality to ensure services to the vulnerable citizens. Requests and collects confidential information which are utilized for complex cases. Drafts or prepares correspondence, detail forms or other materials. Answers inquiries and provides detailed information in person, by telephone or by electronic mail. Checks, maintains or prepares records such as financial documents, office payroll, time and attendance orrelated documents. Prepares daily, monthly or annual records or reports. Orders office supplies and/or maintains inventory of equipment, furniture or other items. Schedules appointments or meetings for Service Region Clinical Associate. Applies agency's methods, procedures, rules or regulation to accomplish agency goals or objectives. The ideal candidate will have: Integrity and professionalism. Able to work under pressure. Minimum Requirements EDUCATION: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
